Cynthia joined the Guardian team in 2019, beginning her legal journey as a case manager. Her drive, empathy, and commitment to client advocacy led her through the ranks—from paralegal to her current role as an associate attorney. With extensive experience in debtor’s rights and employment law, Cynthia has developed a reputation for thoughtful, client-centered legal support.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, along with a Certificate in Legal Studies. Cynthia earned her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, where she also completed a certification in mediation. Now licensed to practice law in California, she brings both compassion and dedication to every case, focusing on helping clients navigate challenging legal situations with clarity and care.
Cynthia is an active member of the National Lawyers Guild, the Orange County Asian American Bar Association, and the California Lawyers Association—demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional growth and community involvement.
Outside of her legal work, Cynthia enjoys watching movies, spending quality time with loved ones, and exploring new disc golf courses.
