Faiza Bokhari is a Staff Attorney with Guardian Litigation Group, LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston in 2021 and brings a diverse background in family law, immigration, and public interest advocacy. She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University with a B.S. in Political Science During her undergraduate studies, she traveled to China through an academic program—despite not knowing a word of Mandarin—and successfully adapted to the challenges of a new cultural environment. That experience deepened her cross-cultural understanding and demonstrated her ability to adapt and thrive in unfamiliar settings.
Before joining the firm, she gained hands-on experience representing clients in housing and public benefits hearings at Community Legal Aid and assisted in humanitarian immigration matters at Khanbabai Immigration Law. Her work has consistently focused on helping individuals navigate complex legal systems, often in high-stakes or time-sensitive situations. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, which allows her to connect with clients from a range of backgrounds and ensure their voices are heard. Her practice is rooted in a commitment to equity, compassion, and client-centered advocacy.
Outside of her work supporting clients, she enjoys traveling with her husband and son, discovering new places together.
