Apostolos Kyprios

Apostolos “Mark” Kyprios, Esq., is an Associate Attorney with Guardian Litigation Group, LLP. He received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law in 2017. He is currently admitted to practice law in Texas, Virginia, Maine and the District of Columbia.

Mark spent his first couple of years practicing law at a personal injury firm where he gained valuable experience as a litigator conducting depositions, motion practice, assisting in trials and negotiating numerous settlements. Mark then further refined his litigation skills at a commercial litigation collections law firm before coming to Guardian Litigation Group, LLP. His experience at the commercial litigation collections law firm highlighted for him how creditor's can use the legal system and their economic advantages over the individuals being sued.

Mark recently relocated to Washington, DC and when he is not advocating on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, collecting records, and being outdoors as much as possible.
