Ed is a Staff Attorney with Guardian Litigation Group, LLP., licensed in Washington state, with a diverse background in mass tort litigation, family law, and pro bono advocacy. Originally from Colorado, Ed holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Regis University in Denver, where he financed his education through scholarship-participation in the Jesuit Honors Program and Speech and Debate Team.
Ed earned his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he was recognized with awards for both written and oral advocacy in Moot Court, and clerked at the Tribal Judicial Institute.
Ed has supported complex litigation matters, including representing over a hundred claimants in a high-profile sexual abuse mass tort case, salvaging many claims from dismissal and often turning modest claims into high-dollar ones through his dedication to detail and listening to his clients. Because of his empathetic nature, Ed has devoted his career to helping people legally navigate simple or extraordinary challenges.
Outside of the law, Ed enjoys hiking the Cascades, exploring the Olympic Peninsula, traveling to America’s National Parks, swimming, gardening, and nature in general. He is an active community volunteer, and a proud poodle owner.
