Theodore Murphy is an Associate Attorney with Guardian Litigation Group, LLP. He received a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oregon in 2017 and received his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 2019. He was admitted to the state bar of Maryland in 2021.
Theodore began his legal career in high-volume commercial and consumer debt collection practices where he quickly gained experience litigating collections cases across the state of Maryland. He developed a passion for holding creditors accountable for their collections practices and is now focused on consumer debt collection defense and debt settlement.
Outside of work, Theodore likes spending time with his family and his dog, Azula, competing in powerlifting, and enjoying live music.
