As a Discovery Attorney, Tulia has supported numerous firms and agencies in high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations, including matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). She is skilled in e-Discovery processes, information governance, and document review, utilizing advanced technologies to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Tulia earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). She also studied abroad at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, enhancing her global legal perspective.
In addition, Tulia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the American Intercontinental University, and a Bachelor of Social Work (B.A.) from the University of Alabama, where she was a four-year All-American and All-Southeastern Conference Scholar Student-Athlete and a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society.
