Steve Nowak is an attorney with Guardian Litigation Group. He received a BA from University of Delaware in Business (Marketing). Steve then attended Widener University School of Law, where his JD from Widener was awarded cum laude. He was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1987.
His areas of expertise include civil litigation, real estate title and closing, bankruptcy. He leverages that experience to defend the rights of consumers against challenged by financial hardships.
